Our service
Cycle Refuge sells in-stock European cycling gear and offers made-to-order purchasing. Prices are shown in New Taiwan Dollars. After you place an order we contact you to confirm the details and payment; the order is final only once both sides confirm.
Lead times
Delivery times for made-to-order items are estimates and may be delayed by stock, shipping or customs. If an item is out of stock or the price changes, we tell you first and you decide whether to continue.
Payment and cancellation
You can cancel at no cost before the order is confirmed. If you cancel a made-to-order item after paying, international shipping or fees already incurred may apply; we will explain these beforehand.
Items and returns
We inspect items on arrival. If what you receive is defective or does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
