What we collect
When you join with your Google account, we receive the name, email address and profile picture that Google provides. When you place an order or a wishlist request, we store the recipient name, phone, LINE ID, pickup store or address and notes you enter. We only request this basic information and never access your Google Drive, contacts or other services.
How we use it
Only to handle your orders and wishlist requests: to contact you about size, price, payment and delivery, and to send order confirmations and status updates. We do not use it for advertising and never sell or rent it.
Who we share it with
Notification emails are sent through the KIWEDOGO email service. When shipping, the necessary delivery details are given to the carrier or convenience store. We share nothing else with third parties unless required by law.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your bag is stored in your own browser. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and the sign-in button by Google.
Retention and deletion
Account and order data are kept until you ask us to delete them. To access, correct or delete your data, email us and we will respond within 7 business days.
